Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that encourages deep relaxation, helping you restore a sense of balance and wellbeing. Whether you’re feeling stressed, emotionally drained or simply in need of time to recharge, Reiki offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down and focus on yourself.
As a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014, I provide each session in a calm, supportive environment where you can fully relax and enjoy some well-deserved time away from the demands of everyday life.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It works with the body’s natural energy and encourages deep relaxation, helping to restore a sense of harmony between the mind and body.
Many people choose Reiki because it provides a quiet, calming experience that supports emotional and physical wellbeing. While everyone’s experience is unique, many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced.
What to Expect
Your Reiki session takes place in a peaceful, private treatment room where you can completely unwind.
You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the treatment while you relax comfortably on the therapy couch. Using a series of gentle hand positions placed lightly on or just above the body, I’ll guide the session at a pace that feels comfortable and relaxing.
Many people experience a deep sense of calm during treatment, while others notice warmth, gentle sensations or simply enjoy the opportunity to switch off and rest.
