At Vida, I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, take a deep breath and step away from the pressures of everyday life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, managing stress or anxiety, recovering from illness, or simply looking for greater balance, I’m here to support you with kindness, understanding and professional care.

Supporting Your Wellbeing
Wellbeing means something different to everyone. For some, it’s about finding a sense of calm during a busy week. For others, it’s about building resilience, improving emotional wellbeing or finding support while living with a long-term health condition.
As a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Holistic and Relaxation Therapist, Reiki Master, and Specialist in Therapies and Cancer, I provide personalised support in a safe, relaxed and compassionate environment. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I’ll tailor every session to your individual needs, helping you feel comfortable, listened to and fully supported.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based programme that combines mindfulness meditation, body awareness and gentle movement. It helps you develop practical skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety and respond more calmly to everyday challenges.
Many people living with chronic pain, long-term health conditions or emotional difficulties also find MBSR beneficial. While it doesn’t replace medical care, it can work alongside it to support your overall wellbeing and help you feel more balanced.
Cancer Support & Wellbeing
Specialist therapies provide gentle support before, during and after cancer treatment. Every session focuses on your comfort, relaxation and emotional wellbeing, giving you time to rest in a calm, understanding environment.
Mindful Moments Workshops
These friendly workshops combine guided meditation, breathing techniques, mindful movement and gentle reflection. Together, they provide practical ways to reduce stress, improve self-awareness and bring more calm into everyday life.
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation sessions offer the chance to pause, quiet a busy mind and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, I’ll gently guide you through techniques that encourage relaxation, clarity and inner calm.
A Space to Pause
Every session takes place in a peaceful, private setting where you can relax without pressure or expectation. From the moment you arrive, my aim is to help you feel welcome, supported and completely at ease.
