Mindful Moments Workshops
Life can be busy, and it’s easy to forget to make time for yourself. My Mindful Moments Workshops offer the opportunity to slow down, step away from everyday pressures, and enjoy dedicated time to relax, reflect and recharge.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have practised before, each workshop provides a warm and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable learning at your own pace.
What to Expect
Every workshop combines a variety of simple mindfulness practices to help you feel calmer, more present and better equipped to manage the demands of everyday life.
During the session, we’ll explore:
- Guided Meditation – Helping you relax, quiet a busy mind and develop greater awareness.
- Breathing Techniques – Simple exercises that encourage relaxation and help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
- Mindful Movement – Gentle movements designed to reconnect your body and mind while releasing physical tension.
- Reflection and Discussion – Opportunities to share experiences, ask questions and deepen your understanding in a supportive environment.
The Benefits
Many people leave the workshops feeling calmer, lighter and more connected with themselves. Over time, regular mindfulness practice can help you:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve emotional wellbeing
- Feel more present and focused
- Build resilience during challenging times
- Develop practical techniques you can use every day
Supporting Your Wellbeing
As a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, my aim is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can take time for yourself without pressure or expectation. Every workshop encourages you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover simple techniques that can continue to support your wellbeing long after the session has ended.
